AMS Commands
This document contains a brief description of commands recognized by the AMS.
Each command is given a name and a single-stroke implementation. The keyboard
"Caps-Lock" and "Num-Lock" features must be OFF. The commands are grouped
together as follows:

QUIT Q SHIFT-Q Stop AMS execution, save current status, and
return to DOS
WAIT ) SHIFT-ZERO Pause AMS execution: PRESS any key to resume
execution
REALTIME ! SHIFT-ONE Put AMS in REALTIME mode: update all displays
and execute one cycle per second
FASTTIME @ SHIFT-TWO Put AMS in FASTTIME mode: update all displays
but execute as quickly as possible
VERYFAST # SHIFT-THREE Put AMS in VERYFAST mode: update timer displays
only and execute as quickly as possible
REST * SHIFT-EIGHT Rest for approximately two hours and eat a meal;
must be in LM on Lunar surface or in LOL
SLEEP ( SHIFT-NINE Sleep for approximately eight hours; must be in
LM on Lunar surface or in LOL
